Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
U.S. Standard Shipping
We currently offer Standard Shipping within the United States.
Standard Shipping: $6.99
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at jmadridbeauty@gmail.com.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at jmadridbeauty@gmail.com, and we will assist you with determining the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at jmadridbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. As Heyly Beauty grows, we may offer international delivery in the future.
